Deep Sleep Tea (organic)

_{A 100% organic, pure  herbal  infusion to drink before you go to bed to encourage deep sleep.}

_{Use 1 or 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of boiling water. Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes. Drink just before going to bed. This is quite a bitter tea so add honey to make more pleasant!}

_{Ingredients: 100% organic pure valerian, hops, californian poppy, skullcap & passionflower.}
