Help In A Flash Tincture

This blend combines several cooling and relaxing herbs:

• agnus castus tincture (hormone balance)

• lemon balm tincture (cools, improves mood)

• motherwort tincture (relaxing, calming, cools hot and good for this time of life)

• black cohosh tincture (cools, improves mood and for general every day niggles)

• hops tincture cools, good for vaginal dryness)

• sage leaf tincture (cools)

Dose: Take 1 teaspoon in 1/4 - 1 cup hot water, 2-3 times daily.
